Warner Brothers has decided to lock down on-disc content in Batman: Arkham City with a DLC code. This essentially forces used game buyers to repurchase the DLC for $10 (which will make the used game cost about the same as new) if they want to access the Catwoman storyline. Do you think WB is crossing the line by being greedy or is this just a publisher protecting their own property?

A quick job search and it is easy to see that companies are now realizing that it is possible to bring in thousands of viewers simply by interacting with them via social networking.

Sony's NGP - Will It Happen Again? [Editorial]

By now you’ve had more NGP news than you can shake a stick at.  After looking at the next generation of portable gaming from Sony, did it leave with a feeling of déjà vu?  I certainly did and the whole time that Battlestar Galactica saying of “It has happened before and it will happen again” was on repeat in my head.
