Modern Warfare 3: Trailer Reveal [PC]

“It doesn’t take the most powerful nations on earth to create the next global conflict… just the will of a single man.”

Call of Duty first started back in 2003 as a World War II game, which is quite different from the Call of Duty that we all are so used to and play today. Infinity Ward took a gamble in 2007 and went for a modern era in war times. It proved to be quite a success as it sold over 13 million copies world-wide. After such a great success with Modern Warfare, the team went on to develop Modern Warfare 2. November 10th 2009 would be known as the most successful launch day in all of gaming history. Modern Warfare 2 sold 5 million copies in just the first 24 hours and went on to sell over 20 million copies. They broke records in every which way. There wasn’t a moment you could turn on the TV or browse the internet without hearing or reading about Modern Warfare 2. It was like a giant wildfire.
