Microsoft announced today that they will be releasing a new Arcade bundle for Europe. For £139.99, players will get the Arcade console, wireless controller, 256MB memory card, standard AV cables, and SEGA Superstar Tennis.

This is not as lucrative of a bundle as the previously available Holiday Bundle where Kung Fu Panda and LEGO Indiana Jones were included.  During the past holiday season, many retailers were already adding SEGA Superstar Tennis to the Holiday Bundle, which made it a three game pack.  No word from Microsoft whether these new Arcade machines are of the "Falcon" or "Jasper" motherboards where the latter included on-board memory and better protection against the Red Ring of Death.
