In recent weeks, SMS messaging has been in the headlines for many tech blogs.  Partially started by the news of a 14 year old girl in California sending over 14K messages in one month, resulting in a 450+ page bill for her parents (seriously, paperless billing people!)  But according to CNET, that's actually not the record holder; a man in India actually sent 182,689 messages over one month, that's over 6000 messages per day!  So how do the carriers feel about this "excessive" use of their network?
