A very interesting thing happened today.  On the last day of the year that was 2008, users of the Zune 30GB witnessed something extraordinary.  Something never before seen so far in consumer electronics.  No, the Zunes didn't transform into killer robots and enslaved their masters (that's DRM's job - ZING!)  But in unison, every Zune 30GB looked to the heavens and died.  No lie folks, this is the truth.  The 30GB Zunes committed mass suicide on December 31, 2008.
